This is the sound of the wind hitting the fence at Bowland Knotts. I was all alone and standing there enjoying the stunning view and sunset.
Just as I started to record, one car - the only one for hours - comes driving up the hill and over the Cattle Grid.
Added bonus: I just got a contact microphone, from jez riley french. Which I placed on the wires and this is what the sound of the wind in the wires sound like.
